1. Services Provided
FirstStep360 Labs offers drug and alcohol testing, DNA testing, background screenings, fingerprinting, training, and related compliance services. These services may be provided in person, via mobile collection, or through digital platforms (where applicable).
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.
2. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information at all times
- Comply with instructions related to testing procedures
- Respect the confidentiality and safety of others at our facility
- Refrain from using fraudulent documentation or misrepresenting identity
- Pay all service fees at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made
You also acknowledge that results may be shared with authorized parties (e.g., employers, legal entities) based on the nature of your test and applicable regulations.
3. Medical Disclaimer
FirstStep360 Labs does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our testing services are for informational, compliance, or legal purposes only. Any health-related questions or conditions should be directed to a licensed healthcare provider.
4. Accuracy of Results
We work with certified laboratories and follow strict chain-of-custody and quality assurance procedures. However, we are not liable for testing outcomes or consequences resulting from test results, including but not limited to employment decisions, legal judgments, or delays caused by third-party labs.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds are not issued for completed services. Prepaid services may be refunded (minus processing fees) if canceled in advance. No-shows or late arrivals may incur a fee or be required to reschedule.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We comply with HIPAA and other applicable data privacy laws to protect your personal, medical, and biometric information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our policy.
7. Training & Certification Programs
Our training programs follow DOT and industry standards. Successful completion does not guarantee certification unless all requirements are met. Misrepresentation, cheating, or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
8. Website Use & Content
All content on this website (text, graphics, images, logos, etc.) is owned by or licensed to First Step 360 Labs and may not be reproduced without written permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to any systems.
9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hinds County, Jackson, Mississippi.
