General Questions
Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Walk-ins are welcome for most services, including drug testing and fingerprinting. However, we recommend scheduling an appointment for DNA testing, background screenings, and training sessions to ensure availability.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and business accounts. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior billing arrangements have been made.
Drug & Alcohol Testing
Q: What’s the difference between DOT and non-DOT drug testing?
A: DOT drug testing follows federal guidelines for safety-sensitive transportation employees, while Non-DOT testing is for employers or individuals not regulated by the Department of Transportation.
Q: How long do drug test results take?
A: Rapid tests provide same-day results. Lab-based tests typically take 1–3 business days, depending on the panel type and whether confirmation testing is needed.

A: A valid unexpired photo ID is required. If your employer or legal agency provided paperwork or instructions, please bring those as well.
DNA Testing
Q: Are your DNA tests legally admissible?
A: Our legal DNA tests follow strict chain-of-custody procedures and are processed through accredited laboratories. Final admissibility is determined by the requesting authority or legal entity.
Q: Do both parties need to be present for a DNA test?
A: We strongly recommend that both parties by present at the time of collection to ensure proper identification and streamline the process, however, we can arrange separate appointments if necessary. Please contact us to coordinate.

A: Basic checks may return same-day results. More comprehensive searches typically take 1–3 business days.
Q: Do you offer Live Scan fingerprinting?
A: Yes, we offer Live Scan fingerprinting to comply with agency requirements.
Training
Q: What type of supervisor/manager training do you offer?
A: Our training equips supervisors and managers with the knowledge to identify signs of substance use and take action in compliance with DOT and non-DOT regulations. This training does meet reasonable suspicion training requirements.
